Personal Coaching is an interactive communication process for people who desire increased fulfillment and want to enhance the overall quality of their lives. Personal Coaches are trained to listen, to observe, and to customize their approach to the needs of each individual client. We seek to elicit solutions and strategies from the client, as we believe the client to be naturally creative and resourceful. The coach's job is to provide support to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity that the client already has.
I work with people who want to want to design (or re-design) their outer lives to more clearly reflect their inner values in order to fulfill their life purpose. I serve as an accountability partner and offer customized support and self-discovery exercises to help clients recognize self-sabotaging behaviors and develop their own structures and solutions in order to live with more clarity and ease.

Personal coaching requires time and a sincere personal commitment in order to bring about lasting growth and change. For this reason, we recommend that all coaching clients commit to a minimum of six sessions, which may be done in a six-week to three-month period.
